This workshop will take you on an embodied and playful journey to uncover and face your subconscious fears and inhibitions.

You can experience a series of exercises, both challenging and liberating, in a safe space. Lean into the boundaries of your comfort zones and learn how to decisively overcome what is holding you back, emerging as a freer man.

The exercises are from John Aigner’s Male Depth™ catalog taking inspiration from a wide array of fields including sexual psychology, rites of passage, yogic embodiment, improv theater and leadership training techniques.

The workshop includes a session on realizing your new-found freedoms in all aspects of your life as well as a free online forum and a two-month program of exercises to continue your journey back at home.
